- Keep your hips stacked and abs tight to stabilize your body.

- Slowly lower the ball and repeat
Abdominal Strengthening
- Lie on your back and place your feet on a wall. Squeeze the soften ball between your knees and your hips are bent at 90-degree angles. Tighten your abdominal muscles.
