You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition you received it
Unworn / unused
With tags attached
In the original packaging
With a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll:
Send you a return shipping label
Give you clear instructions on how and where to send your package
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the Contact Us page will not be accepted.

If your gear shows up looking like it just lost a battle:
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives
If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us right away via the Contact Us page
We’ll evaluate the issue and work on making it right as fast as possible.
Some items can’t come back to the armory. We do not accept returns on:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
Custom / personalized products
Personal care goods (like beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items
Gift cards

Once your return is accepted, send the item back
Place a new order for the item you want

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, your item must be:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved:
You’ll be refunded to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it on their end
